Let me first say the food is DELICIOUS. I've been around 7 years old since the day they opened. I brought all my family and friends here and they all love the food. But... I'm not a fan of constant inconsistency. It seems that every time I go, they change something. They took away their bowls and only changed to the food Prep, then brought back the bowls, then brought them back only as a preorder. The size of the bowls has gone from large, too small, to medium. I never know what to expect when I order from here. It seems like the hours are changing every couple of weeks. Sometimes it is up to 5, sometimes up to 6, and sometimes up to 3. It is very frustrating because the management wants to run a restaurant, but do not want to open regular restaurant hours. Why would you close a restaurant at 5:00? It doesn't make any sense. They are open for lunch only, for dinner or both. Not halfway between where I have to jump Hoops to find out how to get their food. I also have witnesses to the employees who fight several times. I loved this place, but every time I come, it's a surprise and the inconvenience makes it such an inconvenience. I understand experimenting in the initial stages to test the market and see what works best, but it's 7 years of it and they still can't find out. To finish everything, they announced their summer hours from this coming Monday. No problem. I invited our family to order the food tonight for 4:00, and they informed me that they are now closed at 3, start today. They lost me and my family and friends as customers. As I said, the food is delicious, but I am tired of the constant inconvenience and decommissioning.

FUUL by EATZ is my goal for a fresh healthy meal, the best in all St. Catharines, perhaps even Niagara. The owners are beautiful and super friendly. Can?t recommend enough! A must try.

The crunch wraps!!!! my wife and i ordered the beef taco crunch and the veggie burrito crunch........OMG they were so so so good, portions are enough for two meals each and the garlic sauce on the side was fantastic. i want to drink that sauce!!!! service was excellent and we cant wait to try the bbq chicken club rice bowl next. They also offer meal plans and desserts. this place has it all. highly recommend!!!!

Wow, this place is incredible!! Amazing tasting and quality food, very generous portions, and super friendly staff!! We also had a steak sandwich but it was gone before I could snap a photo. We will definitely be back! ?

The place is great overall. I had a new chicken wrap with fresh greens and rosemary Mayo it was DELICILOUS! My bf had a lunch bowl (Which is HUGE BTW! with rice, avacado, bacon, bbq sauce, etc. He loved it! We have been here numerous times. We enjoy it greatly! The only thing that's a bit of a downer is the place on Glenridge isn't sit in. There's no tables chairs for eating inside. Which is fine during the nice weather! We went to a nearby park and ate outside : The staff are always friendly, and though the prices are a bit costly (the bowl was around 14$ and my wrap I believe was 10$ it's great, fresh quality food and you feel really good about eating it. I've tried their sandwiches, and other wraps, and their soup. ALL are yummy and very filling! If you're planning to get takeout here, i'd recommend calling in your order if it's for 3+ people because it does take time for the staff to make, since everything is fresh! And it also gets busy some days times (especially late lunch time I've noticed so give yourself time to spare! I'm giving 4 stars only because of the no sit inside option, as it'd be great to have in the colder months, and because the wait times. I've had to wait a good half hour before because it was busy, and there's always minimal staff (2 people working the entire thing. More people would benefit them greatly!
