Restaurant bewertenWe typically choose Sheetz for its cleanliness and maintenance, but I had an unfortunate experience during my midnight visit. For the first time, the place was downright filthy. The outdoor trash bins were overflowing, and there was litter scattered across the store floor. In the women's restroom, some stalls were out of toilet paper, and several soap and paper towel dispensers were empty. The men's room had water leaking from the ceiling above one of the urinals, and, once again, the trash cans were overflowing, with garbage on the floor. I understand that finding staff can be challenging, but this was very disappointing. This was my first visit to a Sheetz location, and it will definitely be my last.
The drive-thru pickup through the app has become incredibly frustrating for us. My wife and I typically order a drink each night before she leaves for work, but this has turned into quite a hassle. Approximately 9 out of 10 times, we find ourselves having to go inside the store because the staff either overlooks our order or appears uncertain about managing drive-thru pickups. It often seems like they don’t even recognize that it’s a drive-thru order.
I've usually had pleasant experiences at this restaurant, but today was not the same. I waited 26 minutes for a latte and received no updates about the delay. On my way home, I thought I would pick up some quick bites for my family, but the food was clearly hurried and of low quality. I've seen many new staff members recently, and I hope they get the training they need in customer service and communication. There are several major competitors nearby that attract a lot of customers. I strongly encourage you to enhance the quality of your food and service.
This was the worst sub I've ever had. The roll was rock hard, and there was barely any meat—certainly not $2 worth of steak. Back in the 80s, when they were smaller, they were fantastic! Customer service actually meant something back then. Now, it's clear that they don't care. There's always another customer to replace you. It's really disappointing.

I noticed a lot of new staff; I hope they focus on proper training, interacting with customers, and improving communication. There are some very large companies nearby that attract a lot of business, so it's important to enhance the quality and service.
