Wingstop - Shawnee

Very bad experience with this Marchant, the store is empty and the workers don't worry about the customer and when someone ask them about the order they were saying that they were very busy!!!

I purchased an order for the 1st time last week for 6 wings and special seasoned fries. The fries were not done correctly and tasted horrible. I live about 20 minutes away from the store so I called and talked to the manager. I was told that for my inconvenience, I will receive a $5 credit back on my card. I waited a week b4 calling back yesterday and was told they would take my name and number and would call me back. Of course, no one returned my call. Upon calling back today, I was told by the manager that they stopped giving credit over a month ago and could only remake the fries..REALLY !! I told him this is UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service?Never Again! Will try contacting corporate

1.30 each for a dipping sauce. I asked for wet wing and got extra dry wings

Waited 20 minutes to be told it would be another 15-20 minutes because they hadn't dropped my thighs. So chaotic and unorganized. What a waste of my time and money!

I was very unhappy with Wingstop! The wings were over cooked, and tasted like they were from a few old hens. I don't know if the other flavors would've been better, but I ordered the mango habanero and regular flavored ones, and was very dissatisfied. Wouldn't be going there again!
