Mcdonald's - Scranton

You should train more employees to know that they do pup cups for dogs.. the 1st 2 employees we saw on the drive thru said no we did not have, and then we noticed the manager and she saw the dogs and gave them pup cups. the people there were badly trained and our coffees we had ordered with sugar had no sugar in them. the manager was great and the young girl who was in the 2nd. Window was very nice, but the young man who took our order was not very good at work, nor was he personal. I don't think he's working with the public unless he's trained much better.

I Really enjoyed my Breakfast here service was quick and friendly- food was well made

(5 stars) for friendly staff. (4 stars) cleanliness and toilets. (0 stars) for food as I am vegetarian and they didn't offer anything so I left with with no food. i got a shake a cookie and 2 ice-creams for the family, which was very good. they ran out of hot caramel fodge so they waited with the ice till they had made some more. easy 5 stars if only they had vegetarian options. but that's not their fault.

I got Big Mac and fries. Fries were not that crispy, and it was soft.

This mcdonalds is awesome. i ride a bike and they always make sure they i have a proper carry bag, etc. don't go to city market cafe in scranton. it's like the exact opposite of a good mcdonalds.
