During a trip through the Voges, we chose to stay here for two nights after doing many research in the region. The room was good but that wasn't why we chose to stay here. It was for food. Our 37-day trip was entirely based on food. Most of our choices have been booked 6 months in advance and include mainly classified and starved Michelin restaurants. Maître Soulier and his wife hold a restaurant with a hotel adjacent to the idyllic Saint-Quirin.
