Hendricks BBQ - Saint Charles

Hendricks has a full of STL-style barbeque. we had the pulled pig, chicken wing and brisket. it was all well smoked. they also have 4 different sauces they can try and my family really liked the stl original. must try when in saint charles.

Smells so good when you come in! reminds me of Texas. the menu is a bit expensive, but the ambiente and eating make the experience with it. our waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, but we have our food and drink super fast. I would have loved green olives with the bloddy mary.

Only approx. 4 other tables of customers. the food was cold and had not tasted much.

Was not very encouraged when he asked the young host how he put us what he proposed or what the place was best known, and he replied, I don't know. I never eat here. our server was attentive and engaged, but had bad knowledge about the menu. eating was good; I would go back as I accuse the lead for this mentioned misfortune for bad personal training. has seen a lot of employees sitting around, about 20 percent of the staff made 80 percent of the work. Now I know why it was the only place in st. charles old town, I could make a reservation on a Friday evening to an evening meal.

Nice place, but we waited for an hour from the time we order our order to eat a mediocre and overpriced meal.
