The staff is always friendly and provides excellent service, even when I made a mistake and ordered my family's food at the wrong location through the app. The Fort Smith location, Schlotzsky Rogers on Rogers Ave, took care of us and ensured we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend dining here.

My favorite manager left before COVID and then the closure made this business a tremendous challenge in general. The team now has exceeded any expectations I had and their meals are solidly great.

If I had purchased it at the restaurant, I would have returned the sandwich. The sandwich used to be good, but not anymore. I will not be going back there.
