J-bears Place - Rockford

Honestly a Rockford staple. A good time regardless of what you have going on. Basic, dive, be yourself kind of place. They offer specials and the staff and ownership is extremely pleasant. Close to the metro center for events!

This is a great blue collar bar in the heart of a blue collar city. The bartenders are just great and the authenticity of the patrons reminds you of an episode of Cheers. Good beer selection, fair pricing for downtown, no decent Scotch : and no kitchen, but all in all a wonderful experience every time.

Friendly, small, no frills dive bar. Get a cheap draft and a Butch's pizza to complete the experience!

Classic Dive Bar . No frills.....cheap beers....friendly people.....minutes walk ro BMO Center. Whenever going to Rockford Ice Hogs game....this place does the trick.

Small but beautiful place to take a drink in downtown Rockford. There are jukebox music, sports on TV, gambling machines and dart machines.
