We ate here for lunch and ordered some dishes neither of us (both lebanese food fans) had never tried including Makdous pickled baby eggplants stuffed with walnuts, garlic and capsicum. We couldn't decide there were so many amazing sounding dishes so we loaded up also ordering spicy potatoes, garlic dip, shanklish (dried yoghurt rolled in herbs), and haloumi. The servings were generous, the dishes were well presented, and the flavours were big and balanced. The man who served us is the owner and prepares and cooks everything from scratch you could taste it! There was no hint of anything mass processed out of a jar or can. We were so intrigued with the Makdous the flavours were salty and sour so we asked him about them and he described how he makes them a long process done once a year when the baby eggplants are available (he orders them especially, they are a small eggplant with pink and white skin) with the stuffed eggplants cured in oil to last the year through until they are available again. Our new friend was pleased at how interested we were in his cuisine and we were over the moon to have discovered this place! I highly recommend this place if you are interested in real middle eastern food and especially if you're up for trying some new dishes and flavours. We will definitely be back.

The food was good and well seasoned. Very flavorful, and you get a lot for your buck. I will definitely be back again.

Don't bother! If you are looking for anything with flavor here you'll have to add salsa to it to get it! I'm sorry, there is just nothing more to add.

You must try the incredible Lebanese food at this Sydney restaurant! Master Chef Ghazi cooks with love, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the atmosphere and customer service are top-notch!
