So disappointed ordered chicken and steak teriyaki and the chicken was all fat pieces and fried I thought it was porkTried to call and tell them and they didn’t care said that’s what their chicken is chicken legs ???!!!! That’s not on the menu! And and its almost like they just used the left over fat cuttings from chicken for this dishThey were not helpful and want to refund me only $5 !!!!I took one bite and definitely thought I could get sickI m so over these restaurants not taking pride in their food and trying to disguise food. If it’s to hard to get certain things or the mark up is bad just don’t offer them.;(Ewwwwww

The food was great! I highly recommend for lunch or dinner! Chicken Combo was so good!

Customer service is always great here, they’re very friendly. You get a generous amount of food at a great price, can’t complain.

I used to come here a few years back. Loved the crispy California roll!! I decided to try out again ordered over the phone... took 7 minutes to place the order firstly. I got a roll and 2 kids teriyaki chicken.Pulled up and seen the B on the door... almost canceled then... figured I'd try because the kids were hungry and I was really craving a roll. Got my food and was highly disappointed. The sushi was okay at best with no ginger on the side...?‍?? the meat was chewy and rice was dry and clumped up. The shrimp sauce was runny and nasty. Also the soy sauce was spilled all inside the bag top it off. The veggies smelled funny my daughter found rotten zucchini in her plate. I'm not even considering going back.

Granted, we ate here like 4 months ago when we first moved from Charlotte to rock hill. That being said, it was probably the most disappointing sushi experience of my whole existence. We were weary when we first ordered, but decided to go against our best judgement. Never again. The sashimi I was served (to go only, so should’ve checked before leaving) had browning. I get that things happen, but letting that happen to RAW FISH is inexcusable. The food was inedible. My boyfriend was less brave than myself ordered lo mein. Well it may have not violated health code basic sanitation rules, it was beyond greasy. He ate a few bites had to toss it. All in all, it was a complete waste of money. Save it go down the street to Fuji Japan, might not be the worlds best sushi, but it’s 99% better than this place.
