Restaurant bewertenI gave this place a few tries and the service is very slow. It looks like there's no need to get customers through the drive. Admittedly, I had an order with about 10 biscuits and hash browns and they weren't even so busy that there were 3 cars before me and 2 after. It looks like nobody wanted to be there. The app did not allow me to place an order, so I had to drive it. They asked me to go and it took 20 minutes, I decided to go and check. I asked if there was a reason why the app would take the order over $50 and a guy said I don't know or make the rules I'm only working here. Then someone asked what you were waiting for, and I told them they said it threw the guy in the back to throw the cookies in the small slot where they go as if he didn't care. Only no good experience here. I understand when they're busy, but not today. I get used to a great service at Chick-fil-A.
Wow, this is the cake. Most Chick-fil-as are proud of their facilities, but not these. Maybe that's the reason it didn't seem to be crumbled. On the way to the bathroom, they had a part of the tabletops locked for what seemed to draw blood on the flyer at the entrance door. If this is actually, it should be marked accordingly and not near the toilet room. The service was slow; my name was never asked what proved problematic as they placed my meal with the delivery service companies on the online shelf. Even after I found it there, a milkshake had to be asked. If the company policy is, then it is an excellent policy. I can only hope that this was a free day for the restaurant and not a daily practice, especially as the frits were cold and undercooked or heavy oily. Two bites, and it was game was wasted with money.
For what reason the dining room was closed this day. Which meant I waited 30 minutes to get my food. Only that my drinks are missing. You should have managed traffic better. Or at least one place for online ordering to pick up. This visit gave disorganized and chaotic.
I love coming here. They are always great with their time and service, although a million people in the drive thru! Chick fil one must teach some of these other restaurants as it is done!
Don?t lose your fire! I?m used to hearing great things about Chick-Fil-A. Don?t be the franchise that changes the hype. So here?s the deal my experience felt rushed. My sandwich was thrown together. Nothing I hate more than my bun sticking to the cheese in the wrong place and having to peel it!!! Call me OCD but it just is what it is. And my lid was dirty. My expectations are high when it comes to this franchise. Everyone?s human and makes mistakes but slow down a bit and make sure you?re continuing to give the excellent experience customers are used to.
