Restaurant bewertenThe service was notably slow; they didn’t even ask for my name, which caused issues as they mistakenly placed my meal in the delivery service section. Even after I located it, I had to specifically ask for my milkshake. If this is company policy, then it’s a poor one. I can only hope that my visit was one-off and not a reflection of their daily operations, especially since the fries were cold, undercooked, and greasy. After just two bites, I felt like I had wasted my money.
The dining room was closed on the day of my visit, which resulted in a 30-minute wait for my food. To make matters worse, my drinks were missing. There should have been better management of the traffic flow, or at the very least, there should be an option for online ordering and pickup. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and chaotic.
I love coming here. They are always great with their time and service, although a million people in the drive thru! Chick fil one must teach some of these other restaurants as it is done!
Don?t lose your fire! I?m used to hearing great things about Chick-Fil-A. Don?t be the franchise that changes the hype. So here?s the deal my experience felt rushed. My sandwich was thrown together. Nothing I hate more than my bun sticking to the cheese in the wrong place and having to peel it!!! Call me OCD but it just is what it is. And my lid was dirty. My expectations are high when it comes to this franchise. Everyone?s human and makes mistakes but slow down a bit and make sure you?re continuing to give the excellent experience customers are used to.
Great lunch but come early, there will be a line. I love the grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese. Great burger, yes there is a line (per usual) however the attendees are courteous and the line moves pretty quick considering. If and don't forget to download the app for free food and updates.
