Arby's - Rochester

There was a computer problem when ordering. The manager took care of us and others under a stressful situation. His name is not safe, but he should be praised. The rest of the staff all appeared. That was lunch time 3/18. The fish sandwiches were also great.

The Hague Shaw is a great Shift Manager for Arbys! Being packed with the drive thru, I decided to go in even safe enough, it was very busy. But they and the team have clicked on areas! Greetings with a smile and enthusiasm, peacekeeping on my order and great communication among all team members, made the busy perception feeling less the food yet satisfying! She made a great task to be a leader and a model customer-friendly and helpful what I thought would be a long experience as easy to go! Get some Arbys here you won't be disappointed!

I was never a big fan of arby’s. it's the ding of my mannes. well, I decided to go because it was his day and of course the disappointment. long journey thru line and cold eating. the new burger for which my man gets crazy was not great! the burger was cold, and the brot was tender, they pick up people who want to run their device properly. I liked the fries, but it's always cold.

Be very careful and check their order. they like to shorten you in the drive through the line. they then invite the money.

The two had the bark and the Cheddar sandwiches with curly pommes! everything was delicious! it was many years since we had them! they still tasted the same! Food: 5/5
