Krispy St. - Riverside

I had the chance to try their food when they first opened in 2020, and it was absolutely fantastic! The grilled chicken and the crispy chicken were exceptionally delicious. Compared to other chicken restaurants, they really stand out in terms of quality, pricing, and portion sizes. I just wish they would improve their marketing and do more advertising around the city, as it often felt like there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. I hope the owner can understand the reasons behind their permanent closure, and I truly hope they make a comeback soon!

The experience did not get off to a great start. The posted opening time is 11 AM, and it's now 11:09 AM, yet the restaurant is still closed and there are no lights on inside.

Now, about the customer service: when I arrived, the woman at the counter was rather awkward. When I asked for my order, she seemed completely out of it (which I could understand), but even when I inquired about placing an order, she still seemed disoriented, making the whole interaction feel a bit strange.

This place was so good. I am sad to see it closing. The chicken sandwiches are the best in town. I would have chosen this restaurant over and over.

A great location on the main road. Clean and in crowded with great tasting chicken sandwiches. The cheese balls are yummy mochi balls! kid approved! Good spot for families and lots of room inside and out for dining!
