Burger King - Reading

Here on Mon. 12/7/20. Food was served cold. Employees standing around talking and lots of loud joking. My order was wrong. The order before me was wrong and the order two after me was wrong. The assistant manager had an attitude with customers asking for ice since the ice was out in the front. The employees seemed to just do whatever they wanted.

Your app and website is very slow. Apart from that, their staff is always very friendly and the food is always good.

I was here three times. It was never busy. My order was either wrong or missing items every time. And they oversold their things. No good place for a quick bite.

The picture says everything. The sandwich was cold, 1/2 pieces of bacon and waited in the Drive-Thru line 11 minutes with just one car in front of me to get this crispy sandwich.

Great customer service. Impossible Whopper and Croissandwich fantastic, and always on hand and made fast.
