Yummy belly offers pinoy dishes that focus more on using pork belly. you have to taste belly and her lechon dinakdakan. both sports an amazing taste and can in any case fill them with great eating. if they have a difficult time in deciding what to eat, then they don't say more and they can go.
As its name already says, yummy belly specializes in dishes that use creatiw lechon bauch so the lechon belly can be a known type to serve the meat. it has lechon bauch with crispy skin on the top, rice, spiced vinegar and an salat to help clean the palate. the flesh itself is tasteful, but not greasy. I don't have to use the vinegar for the taste, but it helps to give a spicy and acidic kick when needed. the lechon dinakdakan offers the rice and salate, but this time the flesh and the skin are chopped as sisig fine. the meat is also mixed with salt and pepper, and I could also taste chili pepper and a bit mayonnaise. this is great for those who want to know that...more
Another favorit at savour manila is yummy belly’s lechon dishes! I prefer the lechon dinakdakan, which is so full in aromen. it was so crispy and delicious. Other options are lechon mami and lechon belly platter.
I think Yummy Belly offers a good value meal for the weekday lunch crowd in the ABS-CBN area. The plating and presentation is certainly one of the positive things that I saw when this dish was served to me. I would have preferred a few large pieces of pork belly over a small mound of chopped meat covered in crackling if I were to treat myself on a weeknight or weekend. The pickled vegetables I also found to be well-balanced. Not sure what the orange slices were for. Garnish? Dessert or palate cleanser? I would have preferred kalamansi for a condiment.
