Sushi J Express - Prescott Valley

Absolutely incredible! After a disappointing experience at another sushi restaurant, I was eager to find a reliable sushi takeout option since I'm new to the area. A friend recommended this place, and I decided to give it a try. I placed my order today, and it was ready in just 10 minutes. The customer service was outstanding—very friendly and welcoming. The prices are quite reasonable, and the food was fantastic. This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on. I highly recommend it!

This is the best sushi place in Prescott Valley! The menu is clear and straightforward. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Currently, they only offer takeout, but even when their dining area is open, seating is limited. So, it’s a smart idea to call ahead or place a takeout order.

I placed a takeout order after having a disappointing experience at Fujiyama, opting for four avocado rolls and two veggie rolls. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the sushi was, and it only took about 20 minutes to prepare, just as the lady on the phone had indicated. The total cost climbed quickly once I added some Ramunes and two green teas, coming to $52. However, I was thrilled with my order and had a wonderful interaction with the staff. They were friendly, personable, and even recommended other tasty options we could try. I highly recommend Sushi J for their fresh and delicious sushi, which also came with plenty of wasabi and ginger—something that many places tend to skimp on.

Salmon sashimi and salmon spicy roll was spot on and very fresh. Justin and his wife make a great team. Definitely will be back!!!

My son and daughter in law found Sushi J and thought they'd try it. They brought some to me because they know how much I love a good crunchy roll or Dragon roll. It was love at first bite! Even their chicken katsu and chicken bites are delicious. The prices are reasonable and the owners are very friendly. They make your food to order so it's always fresh. I don't know how I missed seeing it. I mean, I work across the street! I think I have found my new fave lunch spot.
