I have to mention that the sandwich I ordered was delicious. I opted for regular bread instead of a Cabata bun. The sandwich was stuffed with ingredients, which is usually a good thing. However, the chicken breast was not sliced evenly, causing the sandwich to fall apart with each bite. Despite this, the sandwich was so tasty that I didn't mind the mess. There was also an excessive amount of lettuce on the sandwich. Although the food itself was good, the uneven proportions made the dining experience uncomfortable.
This place is my favorite lunch spot in northern AZ. I am a traveling salesman, and I am always looking for quick, healthy, and delicious meals. This place has everything. First off, the service here is outstanding. I always sit at the bar and the wait staff is on top of it. I swear my drinks never even get half empty, they are on top of it!! Food also comes out very quick, no matter what I order. Now, the food: It's incredible. I might sound dramatic, but the chopped chicken salad is the best salad I've ever had. The dressing on it is to die for and the chicken marinade is packed with flavors. The ingredients are also very obviously fresh. I've only had the salad and the chicken club because their chicken is just incredible. The parking lot is a little weird if you don't know where you're going, but once you get in, it rocks. The lightning is a bit dark and cozy and I imagine it's an awesome setting for a dinner date or a casual night out. I'm always impressed by BIGA and I couldn't recommend it enough. I look forward to eating lunch here many more times in the future.
I ordered a Caesar salad for twenty dollars, but all I got was a plate of wet lettuce. The lettuce was fresh, but the dressing was lackluster with no garlic or anchovy flavor. The chairs were uncomfortable, and I was not impressed with the overall dining experience. The interior was cute, but parking was difficult. Despite friendly service, there were errors on two out of three checks that favored the restaurant. The prices were high and not reflective of the quality of the food or the area. I will not be going back. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
