Captain D's - Prattville

In the city for business and wanted a quick easy meal. Captain. D is never disappointed. The food is always consistent and cooked as intended. The waiting staff is welcoming and very pleasant. I want to see a few more caffeine free drinks options, but that's just a little thing. They have come to this place for 25 years and will continue in the future.

I haven't been with a Captain D's for years and this experience was actually quite good; I just have dinner rush, the food is good, tastes good and they have big portions. I liked the lady in the window telling me what was in every bag when she saw that I was looking for. The little things count. I'm back.

It takes a little time to get your food, but it is always hot fresh staff is friendly. It's really a great little fishfield..

I made an order online and when I was there, it had not occurred so I had to wait for them to fix it. It only took a few minutes and the staff was friendly. The food was of good quality.

The lady at the window is the sweetest! I love when she is working. However I have NEVER had anyone be anything but sweet and kind! The line is always long so they are definitely doing something right!
