Staple of new england. always friendly, great service. great for picking up orders if they are also one.

It's 11:47 AM on October 4th, and I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The young woman taking orders had an incredibly poor attitude. I could hear her while I was at the window talking to other customers, and she treated everyone with the same rude demeanor. I felt rushed and awkward when I asked questions. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she had her hair in a bun with blonde highlights. Her rudeness and negative mood were really off-putting and need to be addressed.

I love dünkins coffee once in a because, but the service is so bad, so long waits that I decided to enjoy various coffees from other places. I do not recommend that dunkin donuts in berkshire county be honest and I must say at the dunks that serve icy tes, and from tape sometimes it was a naseuating smell of some types of bacteria because what they are the icy in not cleaned. it has made my spouse very sick, many times. if they want good clean coffee, I would recommend marylous or dieucks.

The service was excellent and prompt. There were only a couple of times when my food was served incorrectly, but it was swiftly and courteously remade without any problems.

When I asked for cream cheese for my bagel, she said yes, but gave me the bagel without it, without offering a refund or even informing me that they were out of cream cheese. My experiences have only gotten worse if I return around 8 AM. It's frustrating to try to place an order when the staff doesn't understand what you’re asking for and gives you whatever they think you wanted. They really need to improve their service and have better staffing. I've decided to stop going to this Dunkin' Donuts altogether and will choose Starbucks instead, even if it costs more. At Starbucks, the employees are polite, take their time to serve customers, and always have enough staff, making the overall experience much better. Additionally, the Dunkin' Donuts on Dalton Avenue has long wait times and often keeps the inside closed, leaving you stuck with the wrong order if there’s an issue. I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
