Pizzaiolo Primo - Pittsburgh

We come to the restaurant and find it closed. We were very disappointed that we had to find a place to eat now. Someone should have the opportunity to make reservations.

We made a reservation on Open Table for 7 pm and when we got there the restaurant was closed. Open Table reminded us several times during the day about our reservation. We understand these are trying times but either Open Table or the restaurant should have made sure that the reservation was either cancelled or not allowed to be made at all as obviously the restaurant was not open. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to an evening outside at one of our favorite restaurants. We will not be using Open Table for reservations any time soon. A tip to everyone you better make an old fashioned phone call for a dining reservation. On line booking cannot be trusted during these times. And a tip to restaurants pay attention to your outside booking sites and manage them. Customers deserve better treatment than this.

This place is closed and should be removed so that people like me no reservation on open table a d drive an hour only to find out that it was not opened in months.

My sister and I accidentally came over this restaurant while I went a few different places, but I'm so glad we made it! Dawn is a jewel! She made my day so much brighter. I felt like Homesick and Dawn was so attentive and attentive to both of us. She gave menu recommendations and showed real interest. The food was excellent! The whole place was very clean, and I liked the atmosphere inside. It was so busy at noon, and the servers had their hands full of time. Note: It can feel quite fast when sitting in the middle row of tables near the front entrance. My only disappointment is that I don't have room for dessert! Would recommend 10/10

First time in Pittsburgh, this place was close to hotel, in a nice market square, outdoor seating. Tiny cute cokes, very Italian cocktail, the Italian 45 I think good aperitif. The burata salad was great, could have had more roasted peppers. Spicy meatballs pizza is really spicy, but thumb up from our teenager. Eggplant parmigiana is excellent, and so is the service.
