Tim Hortons - Pincourt

Went inside to pick food and drinks and was helped by a very friendly staff member, they took my order walked to the coffee machine to start making my drink and was literally cussed out by the on duty manger in front of families children and myself for over ten minutes while I waited for my drink! I thought we had rights as employees in this country? It was so disgusting I had to call other stores to talk to management to make sure this got back to the owner because the amount of discrimination and harassment was completely out of control! All never go back to this location as long as this manger works there I strongly recommend anyone in the neighborhood to do the same and boycott this location until she is removed from her position as manager, this is a safe family community where we shouldn’t have to put up with this level of disrespect from our local businesses and I’m shocked by this.

How are you always out of lettuce?!I've gone there several times alone and with family. If you aren't waiting ages at the drive through, you're being told they don't have basic food in stock.I don't get it. For a chain that serves the exact same food, all day, everyday, I don't understand how they are out of stock of lettuce.Went there with my brother around noon so lunch time, was told that they didn't have lettuce for my wrap but wanted to charge me full price of the wrap. Naive like we were, we agreed to the no lettuce sandwich. When we received it, not only was it in a ball more than a properly made wrap, but it was leaking juices all over the place, thing was nasty and bread was soggy. Threw it out after eating half, waste of money.I've gone there 2 more times after that , once around noon and once at 5pm, both times they were out of lettuce, so I went to subway instead.Honestly, if you have a car and have the time, drive to the Tim's in Ile Perrot, might be further away for you but you'd probably get served faster since you aren't waiting at the drive through at this tims.Maybe they could order more lettuce than they normally do...idk, I've never run a chain restaurant so maybe there's something I don't understand

Everything is excellent except like every other Tim's you can't get garlic and fine herbs cream cheese. This has been on the menu for decades. The h/o should've nerfed a new item that isn't selling good instead.Parking: Lots of places. Never did I not find a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: Good service for my kids. Have WiFi so kept them busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM'S. We waited over 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, it was ridiculous. Constantly watched them hand out food to the drive thru people while there was about 10 of us waiting for food inside. Horrible

Food was OK Tge cashier had trouble smiling and saying hello.Customer service needs work.The resurant. Needs a good cleaning.
