Phoenix Burrito House

I used to love to support this family establishment and always had great service. Today I ordered a green chili burrito and found when I returned to work to eat my lunch that I in fact received the wrong order. I called to get this matter resolved. The guy that I spoke to told me that I needed to drive all the way back to their establishment to get my correct order. There is no way I could have done that. I asked for a discount or a refund. The guy that was working on the afternoon of 9/29 told me that he had no ?proof? that I did not get the correct order!!! WTH!!! Unfortunately today was the last time I will be a customer to this establishment. Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service!!!!

Been coming here for years and it?s awesome to see how much the restaurant has grown and the best part about it is that the food is just as incredible as the first time I had it. They also have a patio for when it's nice out and the patio is such a vibe, I always try eating out there. I don?t want to leave out the awesome staff either! Super friendly people! Phx Burrito House is an iconic Phoenix restaurant that you MUST eat at.

Happened to pass by this place on my way to a friends house and decided to try it out. The cashier was very friendly and the prices are really affordable. The menu isn?t huge but I was still struggling with what to choose. I settled on a green chili burrito and wasn?t disappointed. It had all the delicious green chili flavor you?d expect and was somewhat spicy. I read that the burritos come with rice and beans.. however I didn?t realize they were IN the burrito. That?s the only thing I?d change is to put rice and beans on the side but that?s a personal preference. : I?ll definitely be back to try more menu items especially breakfast!

A good local place to support. It gets busy here, though, in case you're picking up at a peak time. Always clean bathrooms. The staff are consistently nice. Tasty food.

Good atmosphere, good service, BUT I ordered a bacon egg potato and cheese burrito. Asked for extra bacon! also requested my bacon to be extra crispy ! cause that's how I like my bacon BUT the burrito had little to no bacon at all and I paid extra for this so that being said sadly this will be my last visit. We normally go to El Norteño off 7th Ave off I 10 but they are closed on Sunday. Thanks for reading this .
