Nobuo at Teeter House - Phoenix

Wonderful culinary experience. Shiromi carpaccio was a great and pleasant surprise. Saikyo yaki was nicely executed that can meet the level of the restaurant my home town Kyoto, Japan. The volume of each plate is light. You can order several entries. They also have courses. Serving staff were friendly, calm and knowledgeable. The historical house that the restaurant is located gives nice quiet atmosphere. You can use valet parking by the pizza restaurant.

A true Phoenix gem. This is food as art. There are no bad dishes and Nobuo is a true artist.

One of our favorite places. The service is always exemplary as is the food. It’s a great entertaining place to go.

Excellent food on Saturday lunch menu. In-laws were impressed.

The food was excellent as always, although very rich and somewhat monochromatic in flavors. Services was incredibly confused, with nobody knowing anything about their own wine list, flashes of continuing bothering and then disappearance, and a rush at the end to get us out without offering dessert. Noise level is high and the spot odd.
