Rumberger's Wings - Peoria

I found the food to be too salty at this restaurant. I ordered the spicy garlic wings, but they were not spicy at all, just very salty. The jerk cheese fries also tasted overwhelmingly salty, as if someone had simply poured a salt shaker on them. The manager was unhelpful and, despite the restaurant being busy, she refused to address my concerns. She offered to replace the fries with cheesy ones to avoid changing the price, but even the replacement fries were overly salty. Eventually, she offered plain fries, which were also way too salty. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had, and it has reaffirmed my dislike for eating out. I work hard for my money and will never return to this restaurant. If you don't have high blood pressure before eating here, you will after.

I attempted to place an order over the phone while driving, but was informed that they do not take phone orders and I must use the app. The staff was very rude and provided terrible customer service.

The wings were delicious, with a crispy exterior and amazing flavor. We ordered the lemon pepper flavor. The rum buns were also delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant!

They're never open! On top of that, how are you a business with the sole purpose of earning revenue and you pick up the phone when a customer calls, yet don't take orders, except for online? Online is a hassle too because if by some chance you get your order all ready to go; I usually find out afterward..you guessed it!! WE'RE NOT OPEN RIGHT NOW! Either make sales or make room for another restaurant because this hole-in-the-wall town definitely can use one.
