Dunkin' - PENNSBURG

Two months ago, I would have rated this Dunkin' with zero stars. The service was terrible, and every employee seemed uninterested in engaging with customers. Orders were poorly put together and haphazard. However, I've noticed a significant improvement in management over the past few weeks! The staff is now friendly and cheerful, and the quality of the food has definitely gone up. I'm really pleased with the changes, and I hope they keep it up. Food: 4

Be prepared to return to the store as they will never give you your entire order your first go around.

The restaurant provides a convenient experience, especially for parents with children who may need to use the restroom. There's no need to ask for a key, which is a relief, and the facilities are very clean—something that's unfortunately become a rarity these days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

I recently moved from souderton to pennsburg and the last three times I went to this dunkin, they screwed up my order! They all seem unhappy at work, and that is not what I want to see!
