Generally a good experience and the staff are very friendly. The driveway/drive through is small so can be a hassle during busy times. They do tend to be prone to order errors so check your order before you leave. They have a very nice area to sit andrelax alone or to meet with someone. The bathroom was nice enough the time or two I've used it.

They dont know how to make there matcha drinks here. Extremely foamy on the top. Only had 2 sips and not even half full. Update Just got it fixed. They fixed it without hesitation. Thank you

I had a delightful surprise this morning. I placed my order online, and when I arrived, a kind young lady must have noticed me drive in and brought my coffee and muffin right to my car. It truly put a smile on my face to see her take the time to do that for me. I hope she has a fantastic day and receives something wonderful in return soon!

We experienced extremely poor service from a man with long hair on November 19, 2022, at 11:20 AM. We had placed our order in advance using the mobile app. When we approached the window, he handed us only one of the five items we had ordered. When we pointed out that we were missing additional items, he left with an eye-roll and returned with just two more. When we inquired about the remaining two missing items, he rolled his eyes again and walked away to retrieve them. His lack of customer service skills was evident; there were no thank-you's or apologies, and it seemed he blamed us for his failure to read and double-check the details of our pre-placed order.
