On a cold Friday night for a few rams, so my friend brought me here. we have for our zomato gold 1 1 1 on food and got the whole signature hapramen plus the ebi tempura. also ordered extra tamago and extra rice. it's a past since I tried to ram that not from the usual places and I'm glad I did it. ramen broth was perfect and not exaggerated and the pork was so huge and delicate. on the other side, we didn't expect a knight restaurant to have tempoura so good. everything we ate was good for 3 people at least and our bill was only 700 pesos thanks to zomato gold. will certainly add this restaurant to my decisions when they are after some rodents.
What we love and keep goin back of this resto eversince they started are their Happiness Ramen, Ebi Tempura, Tan Tan Mien and their Unagi Bangus Rice Bowl The super soft and tender slab of soft boned ribs on top of their happiness ramen has always been a satisfying experience. Never have I tried just yet a slab of pork as yummy as this so far Though recent years may have shrinked the size of their tempura we still love the fact of them using real prawn (not cheappy shrimp)for their tempura. It gives a avery satisfying bite to it each time I love boneless bangus belly and mimicking grilled unagi to our local milk fish is a yummy twist of the original unagi made of eel. Pot Belly Ramen is my go to ramen here in Hanamaruken, broth is not that heavy so you don’t get that “umay” factor and the pork was really tender the noodles were perfectly cooked it’s a 5/5 dish. We also ordered the drunk man rice bowl, it’s a little dry, you kind of get the “umay” factor the longer you eat it but on a positive side, meat and eggs were perfectly cooked 3/5 dish!
