Pomme de Pain - Paris 9e Arrondissement

We stopped here for a bit of a pick me up after eating a traditional Parisian breakfast of a croissant, orange juice and coffee and still being a bit hungry. This place had yummy sandwiches and was quite reasonably priced. Indoor seating and bathroom also nice.

Well, person taking our order didn 't speak English, but with points and smile, we got what we want!! : Very friendly, and inexpensive. Around this place, many nice shops and expensive restaurants. So, we were very surprised and happy to find this place. Nice quick bite in French style. And desert was decent as well.

Pomme de Pain has many outlets in the city and offers you a choice of quick snacks such as Sandwiches, Bagels, Chocolatine, Croissants and of course great Coffee and juices. If you are on the move and looking for quick and easy, that is the place. Plus they have friendly service and a clean look

We each grabbed a sandwich and a drink, and headed down to the basement where there were some extra tables to eat. This isn't haute cuisine, so we chowed down and got out. Good for a quick bite. Not on your Paris must hit list at all.
