This small restaurant is also a fresh tofu production workshop based on organic and French soybeans. the local is small and lacks personality and heat, however it is very quiet for those who enjoy eating without brouhaha. service is very kind and available. and above all, homemade tofu dishes (raviolis, cakes.) and noodle bowls are tasty and healthy. However, if you don't appreciate the dishes raised, some plates are very spicy. the addition remains rather soft (short liquid because cb and lunch checks are not accepted.)
I was looking forward to having a small, vegetal, independent and original canteen next to my home, but I was finally disappointed. I found the mood pretty cold, though the waiter is very nice. curious nature and gourmet, I was not convinced by the dishes I tasted. I haven't even finished algae soup and ravioli. It's probably just a matter of taste, but be warned: here it's special.
I visited for dinner tonight and ordered the grilled ravioli - I was blown away by the depth of flavour! And the staff are so nice. I'll definitely return next time I'm in Paris.
Great tofu place in 18eme. Try dumplings, noodles and grab fresh tofu home made. It's delicious! And staff is kind.
