Vida Resto-lounge - Palm Coast

Been back to Vida at European Village twice. I think I'm addicted to the Vida Bowl with pork and rice beans. Delicious. Ansley, their waitress, is just delightful..knows the menu, makes great suggestions and has the happiest, nicest personality. They will be closed for vacation during the month of August...returning in September.

Cuban had way too much mustard to enjoy. Yellow rice was OK in flavor but really dry. Really disappointed it’s supposed to be ‘Latin’ oriented but had no beans... And their ‘ white rice and beans’ option is what they call ‘dirty rice’ which is cooked TOGETHER with beans but when you read it in menu it sounds like it’s separate and the mix barely had any beans in it. The service was good and it’s not the servers fault but whoever the owner is needs to re do the menu. AND Change your name to “Life” in English instead of trying to be Spanish with ‘vida’ lolNever again. Embarrassment.

I've been to Vida a couple times, the most memorable experiences so far have been when I attended for an intimate dinner and the next when hosted one of my fundraising events at their location. In both situations I had amazing service and food; great staff and fresh ingredients. The owner is wonderful and does whatever he can to ensure his guests leave happy and satisfied. Due to the outstanding hospitality, I will always be eager to return and refer others.

Their fries are the best in north FL. Try their Cuban!

I would never go back. Never give them another go ....just because of the lousy service from the bar. Went for Cinco de Mayo. Sat down and had to wait, ok ...it's busy. Then our food came out but no drinks. Waited 30 minutes no drink. Finally went inside to get our drinks and female bartender was less than kind. We left. Paid for our shitty food and left.
