Restaurant bewertenWhole vegetarian section on the menu. Fajitas can be easily veganized! They substituted white beans for refried beans for me without difficulty. The only downside is the veggie fajitas were literally frozen vegetable mix... Not great. Oh and apparently I ate chicken stock flavored rice, yikes.
I was told they put lard in the refried beans and chicken stock in the rice. Whole beans are vegan. Oh guacamole and salsa too. Sigh.
The veggie fajitas with no cheese or sour cream were amazing!
There aren’t a ton of options in Page, but this was pretty good. I got the veggie fajitas and while I’m not a huge fan of all the random veggies they put in the mix (celery? , I appreciate that it was seasoned well and the waitstaff was very nice and attentive.
18% automatic tip. We are here two times and realized this on second visit. So likely tipped 33% the first time. Classic tourist trap type system. (Dura Thia had lots of complaints about the same thing and they have stopped doing it) All vegan/vegetarian options are basically the same foods in different configurations. All seem to be make with bags of frozen mixed vegetables including crinkle cut carrots, green beans, Lima beans etc. If you asked for both cheese and sour cream to be left off they won’t replace that with even a tiny bit of guacamole. You’ll just pay regular price for less stuff. Finally, first visit husband and I got fajitas. The usual on a hot black frying pan. Sides on a separate plate etc. the usual. Second visit teen age son decided to try this dish. But for him they brought all squished on a plate. Maybe different chef? Table next to use also had someone who ordered fajitas and she got the usual black frying pan. In fact hers came out flaming. I felt a little disappointed for my son he did not have either experience.
