The Rowan - Ottawa

We went to Rowan for brunch. I ordered avocado tartiini scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs were very fluffy and delicious, the eggs were excellent matches with roasted tomato that was on the side. Avocado sandwiches with Parmesan cheese were also excellent. I will most likely going back to try other dishes!! Highly recommend.

Amazing, intimate brunch spot. Menu has never disappointed and the flavours are wonderful. Stop by if you can hours are very specific, so check before you go!

Would have been 5 stars but prefer not to have the front window wide open and flies flitting in around my excellent tasting food. Service was very attentive. Scallops were delicious. Try the donuts too. So good I ate them before taking a photo.

Enjoyed the vegetarian option. Interesting cocktail menu. Good options limited but I don't mind that as I rather the focus be on well prepared and presented food over many mediocre choices. Small and eclectic atmosphere. Service was good.

We had an adult family dinner. Food quality was excellent for the price. I enjoy seasonal food that I would not prepare myself, and they hit the mark. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, the menu focussed, but with good variety that accommodated our variety of palates, and best of all our server was impeccable. He was warm, discreet, informed, prompt and we were well accommodated. We will be back!
