Alex Sushi - Oslo

I don't know what it is with oslo and sushi rice. I've never had perfect texture, perfectly sticky, perfectly sour sushi rice in oslo. alex sushi.

I had only one day in oslo, so I have lined through many restaurants lists before I decided to dine here. no regret. the sushi melts in your mouth, the sauces.

If in norway, eat raw fish. scallops, halibut and salmon. it's all like butter. Perhaps it is the clean air, water and healthy people, but sushi tastes.

Simply can say that, best sushi experiences ever I had.

As someone who typically doesn't enjoy Japanese cuisine, I was not initially excited about dining at Alex Sushi for a work dinner. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food and atmosphere. Each dish on the tasting menu was both intriguing and delicious. I will definitely return when I am in Oslo next. The artwork on the walls added to the cool vibe of the restaurant.
