Restaurant bewertenVery good family hotel. Small rooms but in very good condition. Warm welcome. Boss Stephane can recommend ballads, he also makes paragliding baptisms. Out of season it may be difficult to find a coffee or restaurant in Merlettes, to book for dinner. The salad came directly from the ****. To recommend the homemade sorbets taste of mėlèze and other flowers of the vallee.
Very good cuisine, held by a passionate. Careful you have to think about booking. It's all home. I strongly recommend. Let's just eat.
We had the raclette with charcuterie would certainly recommend that otherwise it's a bit too cheesy... I know that sounds obvious, but you need a bit of balance if the cheese is not to be too much! The restaurant is lovely booking is recommended.
We had the day 's many on our hlaf pension. A paté starter followed by cuise de canard (duck), the dessert was ice cream with a cake thing. We shared a bottle of Crozes Hermitage which was competietive priced. The breakfast was simple and french style with croisant and baquettes. No cheese or ham for the brekfast.
Super evening with friends well received succulent and original dishes we recommend.
