Also the reckoning takes time. But everything is going to be fixed by the despite all the charming performances of the host. We'd love to come back, but not as a hotel guest, but to eat a la carte when we're back east.

Refined dishes and full of generosity. The reception is remarkable. We had a very pleasant time. The beef tartare is delicious and the apple pie is the organ of the meal. Thank you for your welcome.
Incredible lunch with an appetizer followed by a main course and preceded by an amuse bouche. Perfect, exquisite, and delicious. Exceptional and professional service. A must-visit!
