Panera Bread - Olathe

Every time I go to Panera in Olathe the staff treats me with the upmost respect. I love a couple of workers there, Mariah Brad. The management team there Luke Alex and of course the rest of management are awesome. Olathe Panera at 119th Street YOU ALL deserve 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in during peak lunch hour. Attempted to use self service kiosk, but had a Visa giftcard mishap. Cashier was very very helpful and patient. Employee assigned to dining room clean up tried to help me at the kiosk; observed her helping multiple patrons with clean up and chairs. Gentleman on prep duty was very quick to give me the desired soup, when it was my own fault I didn’t catch my mistake that the broccoli cheddar soup was replaced with broccoli cheddar mac'n'cheese. Made a huge dufference to my day. It is very evident this team of people want to treat patrons nicely and deserve all the appreciation possible. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Only writing this because the instructions of excluding plasticware and napkins for my pick-up order was followed. The contrast between this location and the one much closer to me (College Quivira) was glaring. Didn't have any missing items which is a nice bonus.

Not sure if it was the French twill or the tee, but something was not good. ?
