Tijuana Flats Fishers - Ocoee

Overall, we really enjoy Tijuana Flats, but this particular location has consistently had issues. I placed an order online for delivery today, expecting it to arrive around 12:38 PM after ordering at 11:44 AM. However, based on my experiences, this location always takes a long time to prepare orders, whether we're dining in or ordering takeout. Unfortunately, my order didn't go out for delivery until 12:45 PM, making it a full hour wait! The last time we dined in, we added double meat to a bowl, but the portion of protein was quite disappointing. The staff are friendly, but this place is rarely busy, so I'm perplexed as to why it takes so long and why the quality isn't up to par.

The service is extremely slow. It's common to wait over 30 minutes for food, and the restaurant isn't even busy—it's just very sluggish.

The location was pretty average, and the food was just okay as well. There's nothing particularly noteworthy to mention.

Overall, it was a decent outing, but the experience was disappointing. I attended a school event and we had placed our orders in advance. We waited for nearly an hour, only to discover that our food was being held because they needed ID for the alcohol. Unfortunately, no one called out our name during that time.

I really enjoyed my experience! I had the beef burrito, and I loved the chips and cheese as well. Thank you!
