Restaurant bewertenThere was no soap in the restroom and the toilet was in disarray. It appeared that the bathroom had not been cleaned recently. The tables were dirty with signs indicating they were on the way to be cleaned. I had to ask someone to clean them. The workers seemed more focused on playing with pastries than taking care of their duties, which was unprofessional. The food was decent, especially the breakfast bagel.
The service at this restaurant was awful. I only stopped in for coffee and donuts, but they didn't have what I wanted. When I asked what they did have, the staff seemed annoyed and slammed windows while giving me my order.
Last night, I went to the drive-thru and requested a hot tea. The girl with purple hair was rude and gave me coffee instead of tea. This is not the kind of customer service that I expected after a long day of work. Please take action on this issue. I placed my order at 12:28 am on March 25. Thank you for addressing this matter and providing better training to the staff on duty.
I worked for tim hortons back in the 1990s and how everything changed with the load. I remember when the baker did the donuts. the times have changed, even the coffee tastes different. I always drank. Now I can only discard one, either they do not make my coffee right by putting in it when I say twice no milk please. And let this lection for those who go through the running gear, it does not play any roles they choose to go in the filial or running gear thru the times are the same.
Super friendly staff and they got our giant order for work lunch bang on! Ditch those potato wedges tho. They're gross at all locations. Bring back the potato chips!
