I have eaten at Mr Pancho a few times. I usually get the tacos or a platter type dish. I was told that almost all (or all can’t remember it’s been a while) of the meats were gluten free and could be paired with rice or corn tortillas which are also gluten free. The tacos are good and authentic. Gluten free items are not marked on the menu so I just ask to confirm each time I go.

Love the food here! Most of the items are gluten free. Staff is very friendly.
