The Greystone - Newtown

This was my first visit, and I was really impressed. It’s a lovely place with beautiful surroundings. The dining areas are quite spacious. The drinks were excellent, and the salads and appetizers were delicious. Our server, Acelyn (not sure if I spelled that right), was outstanding. The duck dishes were very good, though my wife wasn't a fan of the short rib pappardelle. Everything else we tried was fantastic. The prices matched our expectations. I would definitely return.

We were seated promptly, and our waitress, Olivia, was delightful. She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered our questions thoughtfully, and made excellent recommendations. After ordering a bottle of wine, we enjoyed our appetizers: chilled cucumber soup and dynamite shrimp. The portions were generous, delicious, and beautifully presented—perfect for sharing. For our main course, we chose the grilled pork chop and grilled salmon. Both dishes were outstanding and cooked to perfection. We ended our meal with a dessert of banana foster bread pudding, which was sinfully sweet and satisfying. Overall, our experience at Grey Stone was very enjoyable, marked by a pleasant pace and attentive service. My only minor disappointment was that we were seated in a separate room, which made us feel a bit isolated, leading me to give it four stars instead of five. I would highly recommend Grey Stone for a delicious meal, whether you're dining romantically or with family, with prices that are reasonable for fine dining in the area.

This place is outstanding! Our server, Donna, welcomed us as soon as we arrived and even stayed an extra hour to help us celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. The food was excellent, and we truly appreciated everything The Grey Stone had to offer. We'll definitely be returning customers! Sincerely, the Reinerts!

Flyers from Texas and a friend of mine recommended this place. Certainly one of the best restaurants I was in. I ordered the main rib (not shown and the meat fell from the bone and it is very tender! Even the carrots and the potatoes that came with him had a lot of taste. The Duck confit slider and fried goat cheese.

This is an amazing place, went for dinner with family on my younger daughter's 20th birthday. Service from beginning to end was excellent plus valet parking. Let's talk about food it was amazing everything we ordered was great. So you guys might wonder why not five stars well place is upscale as advertised however when you ask for water they bring you in plastic glasses yes plastic that was not cool. I couldn't resist and I asked the server his response was that we are worried about breakage and don't really have the room to store
