Service and food were weak. Booths were all torn, looked like a termite or mouse ate them

When asked for pancakes with seasonal fruit we didn't know the fruit would be inside the pancakes itself. I'd rather have it on the side. Coffee was served but for a while no one brought a spoon for the sugar. Multiple waiters were serving us so it was confusing as well... But overall, place and ambience was 10/10,would go again and try something else from the menu.

This was a great place to have brunch with my family!

Although they had run out of drinks such as a **** Mary and no orange juice and it was only 12.15. Otherwise pretty good visit

Service was so slow and wait staff was rude! 30 minutes for coffee, 1 hour 30 for food, 30 minutes to finish our cards, had to ask for milk 4 times to what time my tea was cold. Overall very bad for NY!
