The host and staff could do better at guiding first time guest. For example order bar food only because they don't do take out and that's the better food choice. The ladies room could use a bit of tlc as well.

Such a great place for karaoke! And the sushi was incredibly Great! The calamari too!

The food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was friendly, fun and youthful. And the dance floor helped me to relieve a lot of stress.

Well the occasion for my outing was my birthday. What caught my eye about this spot at first was its name Maru. It's MY childhood nickname that I still use today. It's originated from my family calling out my real name but in Spanish. I just had to look into it to see wast it was about. I'm glad we came here. I really enjoyed this place. We didn't rent a room which we will do next time just for the experience. We had a table. Good environment good location. Our host was kind, very attentive and courteous. We never waited long for our next drink or order of food which was all good for bar food, our choice. We especially loved their buffalo wings. Most of us enjoyed their appletinis. I will definitely recommend this place to other people.

Made reservations to watch the Korea vs Russia World Cup game a week in advance. Got an email from OpenTable confirming my reservation so I thought things were fine. I find out an hour before the game starts that they DO NOT HONOR reservations for special events. Nowhere on their site or their event poster do they state this. Spoke to the manager for 20 min, where he said it was impossible to get a table, and there was nothing he could do. Offered me nothing in return except a table in a private room. If I wanted a private room to watch a soccer game, I would have stayed home. I emailed OpenTable about this (Incident: 140618-001130) and have yet to hear a response. What is the point???
