Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

I come here every day. Chipotle is like a day for me as my office is close. I had a nice meeting where I could get a few laughs with one of the cashiers. I think her name was Natasha. Make great suggestions and put my bag in my hand. I've never seen her at a standstill, always being a helping hand. The line is moving pretty fast! Food is on point

Worst Chipotle in New York. Just go to Toros over the street. This chipotle is consistently missing ingredients and short black cashier lady 7pm on Saturday has the worst attitude. I?ve ordered pickup here and they let you order the full price, but give a meal with half the ingredients and no meat (see pictures) I hope they change.

Worst Chipotle I?ve EVER was there. I'm here several times, always terrible. Today I ordered a bowl through the app as they always close the line, waited for 40 MINS in the store with 4 other people? one who waited an hour to get our order. Remember, no other orders came for 40 minutes. They weren't busy with at least 7 people working there, but ZERO orders came out. To make it out of the order, COMPLETELY was wrong. Staff are super rude and sing and dance but not to customers or 40-60 min waiting time for no obvious reason.

I really like chipotle, but this place is routinely of 50% of the ingredients 2 hours before closing time. Are the owners aware? I believe it is above the top when you can?t open a bag of salad at 7:43 when closing time is 10pm. Only 1 meat was available tonight. No further complaints here, but this is great.

I ordered chicken bowl with guac but they don't have any pico and lettuce...also less corns... however they charged me full price without saying any apologies. I am not blaming them because I didn't get a discount but they should have told me sorry at least...this is the worst moment that I have ever had in chipotle...
