Arby's - Nappanee

We went to Arby's at 8:50 pm and they had the lights off at drive up, stated they had no steak sandwiches, no onion rings, no shakes... the list went on and on,...

Went here at 7pm said they were open but the people inside were hiding and ignoring us even though we seen them.
