"We were is Switzerland to start a river cruise, we stayed at Les Trois Rois Hotel in Basel. What a spectacular hotel and the staff are very kind and extremely helpful. We dined at Cheval Blanc in the hotel. What an amazing experience. Mr Giuseppe Giliberti and his staff were wonderful. Talk about being treated like royalty. Only ten tables at the restaurant. About 8 servers just waiting to help you. We chose the summer menu and had the Somalier choose the wine pairings for us. The wines were excellent, the food sublime. Each dish was more spectacular than the other. The whole evening was about four hours of exquisite food and wine. There was laughing some crying, out of sheer joy. This was a once in a lifetime experience for us and we really appreciate the hard work and dedication from all the staff. We even got to meet the chef after the meal. I cannot say anything bad about our experience. I look forward to being there again soon."
