Dunkin' - Mount Laurel

Best Dunkin In my opinion. Great customer service, speedy service. The manager/owner really keeps his workers in check to make sure everyone delivers good service. That right their, is hard to find. But employees do seem to care as well on their own. So kudos to them!

3 is generous but I didn?t want to quite give them a 2. I get the same thing every time bacon egg and cheese and it?s consistently bad(the bagel). But that?s sort of what I?ve come to expect from Dunkin? in general. But on top of the bagel being consistently bad, the meat is not always what I ask for. I got sausage rather than the bacon this time. And it?s not the first time the order has been wrong. Not a huge deal either, but person running the drive thru is hit or miss, and more often is a miss. He?s in a rush, won?t aknowledge you no smile... you?re just a number. Any one of these things wouldn?t bother me. The sum of them all bring me to a solid 2.5 out of 5.

Been going here everyday for the past 3-4 weeks. Nasir, who is usually working the drive through is the funniest and coolest guy i?ve met. Always asks me how I am and waves to me. Never have problems with my good either.

1:59 pm jan 8 2021. Order. Hot chocolate with whipped cream manager was extremely rude when ordering over loud speakers. Tell me the customer hot chocolate hallo!!! After five times. To be nonsense and rude to the customer. When we approached the window, there were 10 people who made a hot chocolate and manager was also rude for his employees. The employee who worked there was kind. Terrible not coming back here

One of the best Dunkins I've ever been to! The thru service was FAST and the staff (because it was the owners) we were extremely friendly and considerate. I know... Dunkin is Dunkin, but my experience in this family holiday was too good to write no reviews. Go on!
