Jack In The Box - Monroe

This Jack in the Box is the nearest location to my home, so I occasionally take the kids there for a tasty and quick meal. If you have a craving for something specific but don't want to spend much, this is the place to go. They serve you quickly and efficiently. I give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have zero desire to eat at this location again. The parking lot was dirty with trash laying around and the women?s restroom was gross. The inside seating area is small and smelled like gasoline (although to be fair, the gas smell may have been from a guy sitting near us). Customer service needs improvement. The food was disappointing there was no buttery, herb sauce on my Buttery Jack burger, the burger was too small, and the tacos barely had anything in them.

They charge 2.49 for a cup of water. The cashier didn't tell me the charge and when she asked to remove it, she left a sigh of frustration. So rude!

Delicious little tacos! They're always served hot and crispy. I like to order them as a side with my combo instead of fries, and I enjoy them right away while saving the burger for later. Great job, Jack!

This Jack was open on Christmas day. was packed, but the service was fast and the food was good.thanks to one of the few who was open for us traveling, where hungry and not at home at Christmas!!
