Restaurant bewertenFriendly, with the perfect amount of sugar in my Earl Grey tea. Thanks, for being so kind.
Not third wave coffee! Not craft coffee! Everything here is roasted black as charcoal. To top it off, they didn't know how to make a latte when I came in. Additionally, the staff isn't very personable, helpful or friendly.
Kindest staff I've ever seen at a shop. There are SO many coffees to choose from and the beans are roasted fresh consistently! However, they're all roasted dark and/or past the second crack (burnt), so wouldn't say the product is to my personal preference.Prices are a steal though 1.03 for a cup of coffee at a shop? $3 for a cappuccino vs $4 at Starbucks or $5 at artisanal locations. All kinds of equipment line the walls, including Chemex brewers and vessels, Toddy cold brew makers, hand grinders, retro grinders, etc. It's honestly impressive when considering that even places like Spyhouse or Dogwood Coffee don't have this amount of stuff.Always feel free to come by. If you enjoy a wide array of dark-roasted coffees and an unorthodox , hole-in-the-wall feel, this place is perfect. The neighborhood is lovely too!
The coffee is great and the customer service is extraordinary!
Don't go here if you drink light roast. I came to a recommendation, but they told me they had no single light. somehow I let them sell me on two blinds they said are on the light side, but both are absolutely unthinkable for my palate. also the place was an absolute chaos. I asked if they had moved and they said years ago. the person who helped me was nice, so I feel a little bad to write this review, but I can't believe they don't have any bright roasts and that they sold me the bonnies they did after I told them I don't like dark roasts. I didn't like the coffee at all, but I suppose if they like dark roasted. the chaos was also quite unacceptable.
