Restaurant bewertenWe ordered the tasting menu. It was excellent however I am giving 2 stars due to the following. 1: We arrived little early and were made to wait in the rain. We asked to simply sit inside at any table while they got ready but the staff were not really flexible in accommodating this request. I understand that this is a small place, but there was room for us to sit without disturbing the staff as they prepared. 2: The tasting menu was listed at 3600 PHP on the website. When the bill came, it was almost 8k per person just for the tasting (Not including our drinks, which were extra as expected). They told us that the menu price varies per night depending on ingredients, which I completely understand. But I feel that they should clarify the price before taking your order if it fluctuates by that much.
I thinks its overpriced... The tasting menu it's good.. But we were 4 and paid 31.000$ do you think it's not a bit overpriced? Most of the dishes on menu were nigiris...
It is my first time to try Mecha Uma and boy has satisfied my palate in such a great fashion! Chef Bruce was also in the house and we even have to talk to him, share his passion for his craftsmanship, the restaurant industry and the never-ending learning process in terms of food preparation : All employees were incredibly friendly and evidenylu shared the same passion for their individual craftsmen as Chef Bruce. If you have given the chance, you would certainly like to re-edit: look forward to more restaurants Chef Bruce will be opened in the future!
We spent one night in Manila, and here we had dinner. Absolutely extraordinary. Great service, spectacular food and elegant atmosphere. The value for money is also excellent if you are on an international travel budget. I definitely recommend a stop here if you're around somewhere.
It's the best sushi I've got in Manila BGC... or maybe one of the best sushi I've ever got when u consider how much u paid. The service is also perfect. Everything you want for a pleasant and unforgettable dinner. Love it. The cook is not a Japanese, but he has all passion and attention to details I would expect from a Japanese cook. Visited again on 18. Sep. Not much sushi was told, but still not disappointed. Very recommended as always
