Restaurant bewertenI visited this restaurant today (6/14/20) for three drinks. While I understand the challenges that fast food workers are facing during Covid19, there is no justification for them to be rude to customers as soon as they arrive. The employees seemed bothered and displayed a bad attitude while working. I have been coming to this location for over 10 years, but today's drinks were not up to par - they were watery and frothy. It is disappointing to see both the service and quality of drinks compromised at this location, indicating a lack of management oversight.
The young lady at the counter was very sweet. When I told her I wanted another drink, she said OK. The man named Cece, as indicated on his name tag, was incredibly friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I now visit once a week because of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the place.
I was discriminated against due to a medical condition that prevented me from wearing a mask at this restaurant. The woman working there was incredibly rude.
On 6/22 at 2:00 PM, the employee working at the restaurant was extremely impolite. When we entered, we were not welcomed or informed that Jamba Juice now requires masks. The employee insisted that we could not stay without a mask and said she would take our order. She looked us up and down, rolled her eyes, and reiterated that we needed a mask to be inside. While we understand the policy, it would have been better if she had explained it more kindly instead of being rude and ordering us to leave with her arms crossed. After reading other reviews, it seems that other customers also had negative encounters with employees as soon as they entered, so it seems to be a recurring issue unrelated to COVID. I observed another person leaving while shaking their head and cursing about the rudeness of the staff. It is clear that they need to improve their employee training.
I hadn't been to Jamba Juice since before COVID, but I visited today. I received great customer service from a young lady this morning. My only complaint is about the new impossible breakfast sandwich - it's smaller than a White Castle slider, but costs $3.99. The price should be lower for the size. It's not worth the current price. Thank you for still enforcing the mask requirement. Many of us appreciate your company for doing its part to stop the spread.
